I started my professional activity 25 years ago, in the M&A field, a new, challenging and (sometimes) difficult field, for Romania in the 90s. However, thanks to my passion and determination, I had excellent results both at home and overseas, working with China, Vietnam, Republic of Moldova, developing ambitious and demanding projects. I succeeded closing many transactions and participated in managing most of the acquired companies.

Looking for new challenges, I started working in the banking system, where I spent around 16 years within a large international banking group. For most of this time I coordinated compliance, workout, general affairs and legal departments. Given my determination to understand macroeconomic mechanisms, for a short but extremely beautiful span, I operated as Advisor in the Romanian National Bank (BNR). My last 5 years of banking experience were spent as Vice-President, coordinating the Corporate & SME division.

Today I have returned to my passion, the M&A industry, working both as an investor and consultant. This is where, I believe, I can best use my experience and can guide impact by using analytical skills, visionary endeavours, entrepreneurial drives and innovative solutions in support of business development.

Educated in Law, holding a master's degree in Economics, I have completed several Executive Education, Global Business and Management Programs at prestigious International Universities.

Passionate about golf, travelling, reading, my own professional development and of those around me, I am dedicated to investing in visionary people and ideas, business in all its forms and challenges.
