Laurentiu PrunaInvestment Manager
Investment Manager
Laurentiu is an operator-turned-project leader with a finance background and deep multi-unit, q-commerce, and monetization experience across Central & Eastern Europe.
Educated in Finance & Banking (Bucharest University of Economic Studies—ASE), Laurentiu also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Project Management from the University of Amsterdam (Amsterdam Business School) and executive training in Multi-Unit Management from AmRest University (Poland). He learned frontline discipline in cruise-ship retail operations, then honed store-level unit economics at Starbucks across CEE. At Delivery Hero and later Bolt Market, Laurentiu launched and scaled q-commerce footprints—opening new markets, building site pipelines, negotiating leases, executing launches, and owning P&L and SOPs.
Most recently, he built and rolled out advertising & monetization for both endemic and non-endemic brands in Bolt Food across 16 countries, and led SARTO (a luxury bespoke tailor) on commercial execution.
Within Omnia Prime, Laurentiu applies that operator’s lens to private equity: translating diligence into 100-day value-creation plans, aligning teams and KPIs, and driving EBITDA through commercial and regional expansion, pricing, operational excellence, and digitalization.
The mandate is simple: fewer slides, faster cycles, cleaner execution. He sits at the intersection of deal execution and business restructuring—leading cross-functional teams end-to-end (origination, diligence, structuring, and 100-day delivery) and drawing on experience raising and deploying capital inside multinationals in complex situations.
The through-line is measurable outcomes: EBITDA uplift and cash improvement that underpin successful turnarounds.
